Williams was first raised by her father, who was a Brooklyn firefighter. She was then raised by her mother (who resided in Tribeca Manhattan) after the split of her parents at she was a young girl. She went to junior high in Chinatown New York, high school in Chelsea and Nazareth College Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran in the field of manicuring who has not ever been content with just the same old nail polish. Her natural, healthy method and attention to nails that are in bright colors has always stood out.
